Alissa, a Tampa resident since 2001, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from the University of Florida and went on to attain a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. Alissa previously worked as the Director of Clinical Services for a private psychiatric facility in Davie, Florida before she started working for the Tampa Jewish Community Center and Federation in 2007. Alissa has held several positions at the JCC & Federation which include Youth & Family Programming Director, JCC Director and currently as the Director of Development. A volunteer leader for the Jewish community of Tampa for many years, Alissa recently joined the TOP Jewish Foundation as the Interim Executive Director in 2012. In addition to her work within the Jewish community, Alissa is married and has four children, all of whom graduated from the JCC preschool and attend the JCC summer camp programs.

Mark is a native of Tampa and an 18 year veteran of the banking and financial services industry. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and also attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Mark earned his Certified Financial Planner® designation in 2003. A volunteer leader for the Jewish communities of Tampa and Atlanta for many years, Mark joined the TOP Jewish Foundation in 2007. In addition to his work within the Jewish community, Mark also serves on the boards of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Tampa Alumni Association, Rotary Club of Tampa and Jewish Center Towers retirement community
